Standard amenities shared by all include individually-controlled heating & cooling; television with individual satellite receiver; audio surround system; DVD player; CD player; radio; telephone; direct Internet access; safe box; First Aid kit; fully equipped kitchen with four ring cooker with oven; refrigerator; dishwasher; microwave oven; filter coffee maker; kettle; toaster; juicer; washing machine; iron and ironing board.

Also included are allergy-proof pillows, bath toiletries, hairdryer & make-up mirror. Each residence has its own private parking.
