Each villa consists of 70-80 square meters of living space in maisonette style. Each swimming pool is approximately 40 square meters in size, with hydro massage and pool veranda with sun beds.
The villas are equipped as private residences, rather than holiday units, and have full-size kitchen with proper cooking range and large refrigerator.
Each unit has a separate living/dining area with fireplace, kitchen, bath, and bedroom on the ground floor, with a second bedroom and a bath on the first floor.
