The villa is perched 300 meters above sea level and clings to the hillside overlooking the magnificent Caldera. The well-known monastery of St. Nicholas is nearby. Part of the house is carved into the rock, and it covers three levels, with just about every room enjoying the incredible view. With four bedrooms, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons.
The property features a large garden and several verandas on three levels, all with the same great sea and volcano views. The interiors of the house are simple, and blue and white are the predominant colors. The house is furnished primarily with antique wood furniture and island articrafts.
The upper level of the house has an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, a living room, and two bedrooms with en suite baths and private veranda. From there, a side stairway leads to the main large veranda on the middle level, with its breathtaking views.
The lower level, quite independent from the rest of the house and with separate entrance, features two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms.
The property offers a high degree of privacy to its guests, and has a maximum capacity of 8 persons. The minimum stay is one week.
