This is an interesting complex of nine villas designed for clients who prefer a private house or villa, with the luxury of a swimming pool. Set on the hillside and overlooking the sea, the complex is 17 kilometers southwest of Naxos Town, about 2 kilometers from the village of Alyki.
A beautiful sand beach with taverna is only a 10-minute walk from the complex. There is public bus service to Naxos Town, but private car hire is always preferred.
The design of the buildings is traditional Cycladic style, and their placement on the hillside is ideal so that each villa has an unobstructed view toward the sea and Paros Island in the distance.
In one cluster, there are five villas. Two, one-bedroom villas and two, two-bedroom villas share a swimming pool, and the fifth villa with two bedrooms has its own private pool.
In the second section further up the hillside, there are four villas, each with its own private pool. Here are featured one, one-bedroom house; two, two-bedroom houses; and one, three-bedroom house.
Superb views, excellent privacy, outstanding and comfortable furnishings will be found with regard to each property. Every house is fully equipped with modern kitchen facilities, radio/CD player, and main bath with shower and hairdryer.
Villas are a mix of one and two stories, all with plenty of verandas. The larger villas have an extra half-bathroom and a washing machine. And one of the villas has a television and video player.
All are beautifully furnished and designed, with island fabrics and plenty of built-in settees, both indoors and out.
