Located right in the center of Fira Town, just a one-minute walk to all of its restaurants, shops, and transportation facilities, the four-star Theoxenia Hotel was totally renovated in 2001, and offers nine spacious guest rooms year-round.

Built on the edge of the Caldera, the six superior doubles enjoy a fantastic view of the volcano and the sea. The more economical three standard doubles have a lovely view of the town, overlooking the shopping district.

All rooms are equipped with a sofa, mini bar, direct-dial telephone, Satellite TV (CNN included), double-glazed windows and noise reduction doors, individual control air conditioning (heat/cold system), hairdryer, and Internet port for your laptop. Furnishings are simple and comfortable. Daily cleaning provided.

On the rooftop of the hotel is a terrace with a hot tub and outstanding view. Breakfast is served on the terrace or in your room. For guests wishing for a pool, privileges can be arranged to use the facilities of Theoxenia's sister hotel, the Aressana, which is right next door.
