The three-star Hotel Loucas is located in Fira Town directly overlooking the Caldera and the volcano. Superb views are to be had from all of the balconies and verandas of the guest rooms, as well as from the swimming pool and restaurant.

The hotel’s 25 guest rooms are quite large and are very nicely furnished in traditional style, each with its own charming decoration. The standard rooms are quite basic, but the Superior rooms and suites are large and very nicely furnished. Amenities include air conditioning (heat/cold system), direct-dial telephone, color satellite television, mini fridge, safe box, private bath with hairdryer, toiletries, and slippers.

The Junior Suites and Suites have Jacuzzi baths, and have DVD players and bathrobes, as added amenities.

The restaurant offers Greek and International cuisine and has a good selection of local wines, including their own. There is also a lively bar and a great swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the caldera. As with many cliff-edge accommodation, the hotel is on several levels connected by exterior steps.
