In this way, you will have the chance to really investigate this incredible island … all of which has been declared a world cultural heritage site. It is a marvelous mix of modern new town, historic old town, mountains and fertile valleys, outstanding archaeological sites, and magnificent beaches. Here is your opportunity to visit the island that boasts of “300 days of sunshine each year!” This is an excellent itinerary if you have only time for a short stay in Greece, or if you are adding a Greek island to a larger program, or to another European destination.

Day 1

Arrival at Rhodes airport or port. Pick up your car from our representative and drive to your hotel. We suggest an afternoon stroll in Rhodes Town, especially throughout the Old City of Rhodes, with its fabulous marketplace. Overnight Rhodes.

Day 2

Rhodes Town

Rhodes Castle

Day at leisure. We suggest exploring the Old City, where the crusading Knights of St. John built their castle, still standing in excellent condition today. Walk through the Streets of the Knights and be transported back to the Medieval Ages. Since you have a car at your disposal, drive to a nearby beach for a bit of relaxation. Overnight Rhodes.

Day 3

Rhodes (Island), Lindos Village Resort

Day at leisure for a beautiful drive through the countryside. You can visit the Lindos Village Resort, with the ancient Acropolis and the sandy white beach below. Overnight Rhodes.

Day 4

Rhodes (Island)

After breakfast, drive to Rhodes airport or port for your departure. Drop off your car to our representative.
