Each room and apartment is equipped with a color TV, a telephone and a fridge with mini-bar. All bathrooms have a bath, shower and WC. The complex disposes of a sports, recreation and balneological center with mineral water, sauna, massage and fitness hall. There are additional sports and recreation services like mountain biking, riding, etc. Velina" hotel disposes of a large conference room with 50 seats and a small one with 15 seats.
