Pilot Beach Resort

Pilot Beach Resort occupies more than 150,000 sq. meters of beachfront property set against the blue expanse of the sea and along the award-winning sandy beach. This amazing resort has four outdoor swimming pools, a Spa, and three restaurants.

Its great beach access provides for total relaxation, as well as a wide variety of water sports, such as windsurfing, water ski, pedal boats, and canoes. The beach is well-organized with sun beds and umbrellas.

The positioning of the resort facilities and accommodation allow for expansive views throughout, including the White Mountains and the picturesque fishing village of Georgioupolis.

The resort’s 4 outdoor swimming pools cover an impressive 2,800 sq. meters of water surface and are located at various areas on the grounds. The main freeform swimming pool is situated between the lovely gardens and bungalows. This lagoon-shaped swimming pool features a small island, a footbridge and children’s pool.

Another large pool is situated next to the beach, with a taverna and pool bar. In the residential areas of the property, there are two additional pools in garden settings.

The resort has four restaurants with a very nice variety of food and ambience, from Greek Mediterranean to Italian cuisine, grilled meats and Cretan specialties. There are three bars, one in the lobby, another near the pool and beach, and a music bar for late night cocktails.

There are two floodlit tennis courts, mini soccer, children's club, Internet Corner, mini shop, jewelry shop, and a full-service Spa with indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, steam, massage, beaty center, and a list of wellness and rejuvenation programs.

The resort offers 450 bungalows and suites, with a variety of views, depending on location. All accommodation have the basic amenities of air conditioning, direct-dial telephone with message service, color satellite television, mini fridge, safe box, Internet connection, and private bath with hairdryer.

The Superior Bungalows class overlook the resort’s swimming pools or are nestled among the gardens. They offer a choice of ground floor accommodation, with direct access to pools and gardens, or first floor units with large balconies providing garden or pool view. Additional amenities include bath toiletries and telephone in the marble bathrooms.

Beach Bungalows face the resort’s sandy beach. Ground floor units access the gardens and beach, and first-floor units have sea views. They have the same amenities as the Superior Bungalows, but without the phone in the bath.

Bungalows with Front Sea View are practically on the beach. First-floor units have balcony with beach and sea views.

Family Junior Suites situated around the pools or in the resort’s beautiful gardens. They have two bedrooms and one bath, and the ground floor units face the pools or the gardens, while first-floor units have garden or sea view.

Beach Front Junior Suites are all ground-floor units with an open-plan design and wooden-deck verandas. They have either a hydro massage bathtub or shower cabin with jet massage.

The Beach Front Suites have a bedroom with king-size bed, a separate living room with two sofas, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and or Hydro massage Shower, and wooden-deck verandas. The are all on the ground floor with direct beach access.

The Deluxe Suites of approximately 50 sq. meters are in open-plan design, are all on the first floor with large balcony and fantastic sea view. These include additional amenities such as fruit basket, flowers and wine on arrival, mini bar, tea/coffee facility, DVD player, bathrobes, slippers and beach towels.

The Deluxe Panorama Suites of 60 sq. meters have a panoramic view over the swimming pools, and have a separate bedroom and living room, with large balcony. Bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs, and guests have all of the extra amenities of the Deluxe Suites.

The ultimate in exclusivity are the Aqua Suites with Private Pool, which overlook the resort’s sandy beach. The Suites offer a spacious interior (approximately 55m²) and 100 sq. meters of outdoor, private garden. There is also a private swimming pool and stylishly appointed outdoor lounge featuring sofa, armchairs and sun beds. Extra touches include hydro massage bathtubs, separate shower cabin with jets, half-bath with second toilet, and dimmer switches throughout.
