Three bedrooms, two baths, living room, and kitchen are perfect for up to six persons, with 120 sq. meters of space. Two bedrooms downstairs have double bed and twin beds, respectively, and the upstairs bedroom has double bed and en suite bath with shower. Every room has individually-controlled air conditioning/heating, and the kitchen has a full-size fridge, cooker with oven, coffee machine and all utensils ... and a washing machine!

The living room has a fireplace and an entertainment spot with satellite TV, radio, CD and DVD player. The main bathroom has both tub and shower.

The 800 sq. meter outdoor area, all with stone terraces and beautiful landscaping, is totally private, and the 32 sq. meter, freshwater swimming pool has lounges and umbrellas, and plenty of privacy. There's also a small children's play area, a BBQ, and a wonderful three-seater swing.

The property, though very private, is only 100 meters from the village of Prines, where there are a few small shops, mini market, and excellent taverna. Six kilometers further will bring you to Rethymno, one of the most beautiful cities in the country.
