According to existing information the mill was built around 1830, when residents from Amorgos settled Koufonissi. It has been operating as a villa residence since 2006.
The ground floor features a small living room, kitchenette, and half-bath with toilet and sink. Amenities include CD player and radio, plus Internet connection.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe, and wooden stairs take you up to the next level, also with twin beds placed around the original operating equipment of the mill.
