Pigi is a traditional working village that has changed very little over the years. Although close to the tourist areas, it has retained its character and authentic Cretan lifestyle. This villa is situated in the heart of the village, just steps from the village square.
Guests have easy access to two mini markets, a pharmacy, butcher, bakers and two tavernas serving traditional Cretan food. Buses for the town of Rethymno pass through the village every hour. The village has easy access to both the local beaches, as well as the main highway.
Villa Pigi has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen with dining area. The villa can accommodate up to five persons. Together with the neigboring villa, Arxontiko tis Ioanna, the two villas can accommodate up to 10 persons.
The villa's architecture is modern inside and out. The living room has a sofabed for the fifth person, a home cinema system, and the kitchen/dining area is opposite the living room. On the first level is the master bedroom with en suite bath, and above on the next level is the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dressing table.
Amenities include air conditioning, DVD and CD players, dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, TV-Home cinema, and a washing machine.
Outside the villa is a very pleasant courtyard with mature plants and trees, together with a Jacuzzi/hot tub.
