The Divani Caravel offers 427 guest rooms, 42 Suites, and 2 Presidential Suites. All rooms have been recently renovated and are equipped with direct-dial telephone with voice mail, ISDN lines, data port, and fast Internet access; cable and satellite TV; 4 radio channels; individual climate control; mini bar; electronic key card locking system; electronic safe; soundproof windows and fireproof doors, and private bath with hairdryer.

There are non-smoking rooms and rooms for the disabled available. Most of the rooms and suites offer a unique panoramic view of Athens, Lycabettus Hill and the Acropolis.

On the Executive Floor, there are 87 executive rooms and 22 executive Suites, which have additional features, including separate Executive Reception desk; 2 telephone lines; stereo music system; bathrobes and slippers; magnifying mirror; deluxe bath amenities; coffee and tea facilities, and other niceties such as daily VIP turndown service, shoe shine service, and Express checkout, on request. There are numerous restaurants and bars within the hotel, each offering a unique experience. The hotel's rooftop swimming pool is an outdoor pool during the summer months and an indoor pool during the winter months, and regardless the season, the view is extraordinary. Divani Caravel offers 4,000 sq.meters of meeting space and can accommodate from 10 to 2000 persons. All areas are fully equipped, multifunctional, soundproof, with individual lighting and the latest audio-visual technology upon request. There are 16 function rooms; a 600 sq. meter ballroom accommodating 1500 persons; plus three more spacious conference halls: the Macedonia, which has the ability to break out to eight separate banqueting areas, and the Ilissos and Vergina, which can be used for meeting or dining.
