The resort overlooks 70,000 square meters of vineyards, and has a view toward the Aegean Sea and the magical Santorini sunsets. Constructed as individual medieval houses, the 45 villas feature exteriors reminiscent of the past, with interiors very much in the present, all surrounded by walled-in fortifications.
Landscaped gardens, a variety of cafes and restaurants, and a swimming pool and Spa all add to the luxury and unique environment of this lovely resort. Villas vary in size and positioning within the complex, as do the views from their private balconies and verandas. The resort even offers free shuttle service to its own private section on the black sand beach of Perivolos, two kilometers from the resort.
Every evening at sunset, there is wine tasting at the wine bar, a sampling of the variety produced by the resort’s local vineyards. The Spa features a host of body treatments and massages, a sauna, and a Hammam. There is a large swimming pool, an open-air Jacuzzi, a fitness center, shopping arcade, art gallery, and a business and conference center.
Dining facilities include the Pergola Pool Restaurant, the Vinsanto Restaurant & Lounge, and the gourmet Private Dining Room. The hotel also features a pool bar and a Jacuzzi bar.
