Here's a great combination of private villa, shared or private pool, restaurant, mini market and fabulous sea view, all within 500 meters of the sandy beach of Hersonissos.
In total, there are 21 semi-detached villas constructed along the terraced hillside affording a superb sea view for each villa. Common facilities include a main building with a reception area, lounge and bar, a restaurant featuring local Cretan dishes, and a handy mini market for your day-to-day needs.
Also in the main building, on the first floor, are four one-bedroom apartments for four persons each. A separate bedroom and living room, each with television and balcony, are equipped with kitchenette, mini fridge and coffee maker, air conditioning, safe box, direct-dial telephone, and private bath with hairdryer. These have sea or countryside views, and guests share the large common swimming pool.
On the terraced hillside are 14 two-storey private villas with shared swimming pools. Six villas share two pools, and eight villas share four pools, but each has their own private veranda. They are a spacious 55 sq. meters in size, can accommodate three persons, and have their entrance on the upper floor bedroom and bath. Downstairs is the living room and kitchenette with direct access to the pool.
The 13 private pool villas also have their entrance upstairs and are similarly configured, with a living room and kitchenette downstairs, accommodating a total of four persons.
Villa amenities include a fireplace in the living room, color television, direct-dial telephone, bathroom with shower, steam cabinet, hairdryer and bathrobes, plus fully-equipped kitchenette with coffee maker. Bedrooms have a balcony, and the living rooms have a veranda to the pool.
