Mansion Naoumidis

Archontiko Naoumidi is a rare example of a high standard of architecture from the 19th century. It was built in 1893 for a wealthy family from Egypt, for which it is named, and has since been added to and expanded with two new buildings and a swimming pool.

The present owners renovated the original mansion of eight double rooms, and expanded the complex by two buildings, adding two deluxe suites and four double rooms in one building, and a two-storey Junior Suite in a stand-alone building.

All of the rooms and suites have elegant refurbished furniture, antique beds, elegant fabrics, and many with hand-embroidered sheets.

In the traditional building, four of the eight rooms have air conditioning, and one room has a fireplace, and all have mini bar.

The new building features two Deluxe Suites and four guest rooms, all with fireplace. The suites have direct access to the swimming pool and are each two-storeys, with the living area downstairs, and the bedrooms upstairs. They include a dining room, an extra WC, a mini bar, two DVD players and two Plasma TVs, plus air conditioning.

The Junior suite occupies its own stone building and features a living room, fireplace, a large balcony, a shower/Jacuzzi, 2 TVs, a DVD player, safe box, and air conditioning.

The age-long chestnut tree in the yard offers shade and provides for an idyllic setting in the garden for drinks and snacks.

The complex has a swimming pool and sun terrace, plus a breakfast room with homemade specialties.
