An outstanding combination of private villa with pool, plus spa and restaurant, the St. John complex features 21 independent villas, each with its own pool. The layout of the complex allows you to have your private space, while enjoying the company of others at the common facilities.
While maintaining a high degree of independence and privacy, guests can also make use of the hotel-like facilities of the complex, such as the excellent spa, a gourmet restaurant, coffee/snack bar and mini market.
The villas have two designs, one to accommodate four to six persons in two bedrooms, and the other for six to eight persons in three-bedroom units. All bedrooms have en suite baths, and the furnished living rooms are tastefully decorated and include color satellite television, DVD player, stereo, CD player, and air conditioning.
The fully-equipped kitchens have fitted cupboards, all utensils, oven, large fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A spacious dining area comfortably seats 6 persons.
Every villa is also equipped with thoughtful extras, such as washing machine, safe box, iron, ironing board, smoke detector, torch, fire extinguisher and fire blanket, all providing the ultimate in safety and comfort.
The villas have their own private entry, garden and parking, plus fantastic swimming pool, all with sea view. Daily cleaning is provided.
The complex has a separate main building with the Reception area, a gourmet restaurant, coffee/snack bar, the Spa facility, a souvenir and mini market shop, plus an outdoor common play area for children.
