This five-star member of the Aquis family of hotels occupies a prominent position on the beach of Ixia, occupying more than 70,000 square meters of landscaped grounds. The hotel actually has a miniature replica of a steam engine train that carries its guests throughout the grounds of the complex.
Built in bungalow-style, the hotel features 175 units, divided among bungalows, suites and villas. All suites in the complex are with self-catering facilities. The complex offers a selection of beach, sea, and garden views, and room sizes range from 30 sq. meters to 50 sq. meters. Suites include at least one bedroom, living room with combined kitchenette and dining area, plus private bath with bathtub and shower. All of the accommodation have either balcony, veranda or terrace.
Standard amenities for all units include individually controlled air conditioning; satellite color TV; direct-dial phone; safe box, hairdryer and mini bar.
All of the resort’s facilities are quite extensive and include a 1500 meter-long pebble beach, just steps from the grounds of the hotel.
The hotel’s expansive setting allows for its marvelous mini train, a magnificent large infinity swimming pool, and a very impressive artificial lagoon. Other notable facilities include a Gourmet Restaurant; a Pool Restaurant and Bar; separate Poolside Bar; a Piano Bar; tennis court, gym, and jogging trail; organized Beach & Water Sports; Children’s Pool/Animation; and a mini market.
