The five-star Atrium Palace Resort opened in 1992 and is situated on the idyllic east coast of Rhodes, with a marvelous view of the sunrise. The hotel’s main building has an impressive internal courtyard (atrium), featuring an attractive water garden, with lakes and waterfalls. The Spa facility is outstanding and is a focal point of the resort.

Its innovative design combines classical Greek and Italian style architecture, and the connected buildings have a stunning view of Kalathos Bay. Palm gardens, cascading waterfalls, and sun terraces surround the split-level swimming pool, creating a tropical oasis.

The hotel consists of a main building with 3 floors and 2 elevators, plus two separate buildings, one with 3 floors and an elevator, and the other of two stories with staircase. All together there are 243 Double/Twin rooms, 31 Junior Suites, 29 Suites, and 2 Presidential Suites. The hotel’s accommodation has a variety of lovely sea views. There are both side sea views and direct sea views, depending on location.

Every accommodation has a private bath with hairdryer, and bath amenities, balcony or terrace, and individual air conditioning; coffee & tea making facilities; color satellite TV with music channel; direct-dial telephone; and safe box. Mini bar and Internet access are with extra charge. The suites include a sitting area or living room, and additional amenities, such as Jacuzzi tubs and bathrobes and slippers.

The separate and exclusive Villa section of the resort features 19 luxurious villas, each with their own private heated pool. The Deluxe villas of the resort consist of one spacious room and a bathroom. The Executive Villa has one bedroom, a separate lounge area and one bathroom.  The Superior Villa consists of one bedroom and a separate lounge/living area, two bathrooms.

The presidential villa of 150 sq. meters is the jewel of the resort, with two bedrooms, a sitting area and a kitchen, two bathrooms with a shower, a bathtub, a Jacuzzi and an extra WC. This opulent villa also features a private pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

The smallest villa is 50 sq. meters, and the largest is 150 sq. meters. Each luxury villa features a private heated swimming pool and a beautiful wooden pergola.

Some of the many outstanding facilities and services of the resort include indoor and outdoor swimming pools; children’s pools; 2 poolside bars; poolside restaurant for snacks and lunch; beach restaurant; Piano Bar; Main Restaurant; and an a la carte Restaurant. Activities include table tennis, billiards, darts, tennis, basketball, volleyball, mini golf and water polo.

An Internet Corner is located in the main lobby, and Wi-Fi is available in all ground floor public areas. The resort also has a mini market and a jewelry shop. Conference facilities consist of a main hall for up to 150 persons, plus a series of smaller conference and meeting rooms.

A wonderful feature of the hotel is the 2000 sq. meter Thalasso Spa Center, with heated seawater with bubble air-jet massages, waterfalls, and hydro massage seats. There are 15 treatments rooms for a variety of face and body applications, sauna, and a fitness center offering aerobics and yoga. Spa treatments include an enormous variety of massage treatments, wraps, beauty programs and packages, including sauna and hammam treatments.

For pampering and pure luxury, there is manicure, pedicure, waxing, hairstyling, and professional make-up application.
