A very pretty seaside location offers great views and a variety of accommodation types situated in four buildings, with swimming pools. There is a large garden area overlooking the sea with lounges, umbrellas, a restaurant, and a footpath leading to the sea, 30 meters away.
The modern style of the four buildings hosts a variety of units, and the configuration of the complex allows two of the buildings to host families or groups of friends as private villas, one with private pool, and the other with shared pool.
The two upper level buildings each have 3 bedrooms and 1 studio on the first floor with private pool. The two buildings on the lower level of the property each have 3 bedrooms & 1 studio on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. They can be rented as a 6-7 bedroom villa with private pool, or, alternatively, as two independent apartments with shared pool.
Amenities include air conditioning in every room, safe box in every bedroom, a living/ding room with fireplace, color television, and mini-stereo. Kitchens are equipped with full-size appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
All bedrooms have en suite bath, and every unit has a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Windows and doors have mosquito nets, with wrap-around balconies.
Eating facilities are steps away from the complex.
