Villa Ivi |
This romantic and intimate villa served as a hideout from marauding pirates who invaded the island back in the day. Today the villa, with its cool vaulted interior, provides an intimate residence for a small family or group of friends, up to four in total. With two bedrooms, two baths, and an outdoor Jacuzzi, it's an ideal retreat away from the noise, yet near all of the attractions of the village.
Painted blue doors lead into a lovely, private courtyard, complete with an outdoor, heated Jacuzzi. The central living room has a seating area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The large master bedroom has a view of the courtyard and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has its own private entrance from the courtyard, and an en suite bathroom. The main section of the house has a large bathroom, with modern amenities.
The facilities of the villa include sun lounges and umbrella in the private courtyard; satellite television with DVD player; an Ipod docking station; all bed linen, towels, pool towels, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries; free-standing ventilators and heaters; a complimentary mobile telephone; and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, coffee maker & kettle, crockery & cutlery, and pots & pans. If desired, an electric barbeque can be provided.
Best of all, the villa comes complete with late model car, with standard transmission.
Villa Ivi is located under the church of Aghi Anargyri with its wonderful bell tower, a landmark of the village of Megalochori. |
