Located in the area of Ornos and 200 meters from its lovely beach, this four-star hotel offers great views and excellent facilities. Built in Cycladic style in 1983, it began life as a two-star accommodation. Over the years and with numerous renovations, it has evolved into an excellent four-star hotel and is beautifully maintained and looked after.
The hotel has its own restaurant and a swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with lounges and umbrellas. Access to Mykonos Town, 3 kilometers away, is quite easy as the public bus stops nearby and has a frequent schedule. The area of Ornos itself offers a supermarket, fruit market, bakery, pharmacy, kiosk with international newspapers, and a number of excellent tavernas, restaurants, and bars.
The hotel consists of 45 spacious, well-equipped and comfortably furnished rooms that have a host of amenities. Included are air conditioning; a private marble bathroom with a bathtub, a hairdryer and toiletries; mini fridge or mini bar; direct-dial telephone; color TV with international channels (movie and music channels on a 24-hr basis); electronic safe box; and a private balcony or veranda with a lovely unobstructed view.
In addition to the spacious Classic Rooms, the hotel also provides superior one-bedroom Suites which include a hydromassage bathtub, a large veranda with sunbeds, a sitting area with a double sofa bed, a mini hi-fi system, a DVD player with movie selection, slippers, and fruit upon arrival.
The hotel's facilities are excellent and feature an outdoor sea water swimming pool, with a large terrace and sun beds and snack/pool bar. There's a play area for children and a small fitness center for adults with sauna. The main lobby lounge has a 42 inch plasma television, plus Internet Corner, library and 24-hour Reception. The hotel's restaurant, Aleka, sits poolside and serves many local dishes, with the emphasis on fresh.
