In an idyllic area of olive groves, vineyards, gardens and grazing land, the Enagron offers its guests the unique experience of living in a mountain village, surrounded by stunning scenery, and with a plethora of activities to choose from.

This 50,000 sq. meter ranch offers 32 apartments contained within 12 independent buildings, almost a village within a village.

On the property, there is a working farm, a taverna restaurant, a traditional kafenion, comfortable lounge with Internet Corner, small grocery store, and a swimming pool in an impressive setting. Set aside for kids is a small playground.

Stone-built buildings contain the studios, apartments and maisonettes, all of which are equipped with kitchenette and private bath.

Other amenities include fireplace, central heating, air conditioning, color television with music channels, and traditional furniture and decorations.

Accommodation sizes range from 35 to 80 sq. meters. Every accommodation has a private outdoor area with a stunning view.

Various activities are organized that include the distillation of raki, wine and olive oil tasting, cheese-making, grape harvest, cooking, baking, hiking, botanic walks, and exploration of the area's Byzantine churches, antiquities, monasteries, caves, and stone huts on Mount Psiloritis.

Location Information

The settlement lies just opposite the village of Axos in the foothills of Mt. Psiloritis, 500 meters above sea level. The village is equidistant from Heraklion and Rethymno, at just over 40 km.
