The Caldera View Bungalows is a very good option for families looking for affordable prices, large swimming pool, and easy access to the caldera edge for volcano and sunset views.

With 30 bungalows and 4 maisonettes situated 70 meters inland from the caldera edge, the Caldera View has one of the largest swimming pools on the island, yet is near enough to the sea to provide great views of the volcano and the sunsets.

All units have air conditioning, color TV, mini fridge, telephone, and private bath with hairdryer. The maisonettes have double that and are perfect for families who want separate bedrooms.

Furnishings are simple and attractive, and most views are of the swimming pool and garden. Some units have sea views.

The hotel's facilities include the large swimming pool with waterfall and hydromassage, plus children's pool, cafe and restaurant at the water's edge, plus a second restaurant in the main complex.

The public bus stops at the hotel entrance.

Location Information

Situated in Megalochori, quite near to Akrotiri, and 70 meters from the edge of the caldera.
