Residence Suites

Residence Suites are situated in Oia Village, along the cliff's edge overlooking the sea. It's a relatively small complex of 13 units, divided among studios and suites, all with self-catering facilities. The caldera view is outstanding, as you would expect, and the hotel facilities include a Jacuzzi, rather than a swimming pool. The rooms are a combination of traditional and modern, and most have private verandas.

Studios are for two persons, Junior Suites from 2 to 4, and the large two-bedroom suite is also for up to four persons. Amenities common to all units include air conditioning, satellite tv, fully-equipped kitchenette, mini fridge, safe box, telephone, hairdryer, and private bath with shower. There is daily maid service and a homemade continental breakfast is served.

The suites have the addition of a DVD player, coffee maker and private veranda.

Furnishings are simple, yet very elgant, with excellent artwork and good use of color. Every unit has a balcony or veranda, though only those in the suites are exclusively private.

The hotel is open year-round, and children under 12 are not permitted.
