Kontaratos Houses (Studios and Apartments)

With two separate buildings in two locations, Kontaratos offers self-catering studios and apartments, either 50 meters from the beach, or right in Parikia Town, near the old town. All rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, with large balcony or veranda overlooking the town of Parikia or the sea.

The units sleep between two and eight persons and are equipped with air conditioning, color television, fully-equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, and private bath with shower and hairdryer. There is daily cleaning service.

Depending on type, the size of the kitchen varies from standard studio-size kitchenette to full-size kitchen with full cooker and large fridge.

Kontaratos Studios and Apartments are located in a quiet area 50m away from the seafront, with easy access to the most famous and beautiful Livadia Beach, and in a second building near the old town of Parikia.
