Gracias a la Vida is a very large property offering its guests high-level of comfort in every bedroom, making it the ideal choice for large families or group of friends.

This very large property consists of two sections: the main house (350 sqm) and the guest house (270 sqm). Both houses are attractively furnished in tasteful Greek Island style, with modern bathrooms and appliances. The main house features a large terrace with sea views, a Camares and an attractive bean-shape swimming pool. The spacious terrace features teak wood deck chairs, an outdoor dining area and a well equipped Greek-style BBQ. The modern and functional kitchen leads to a bright dining room and has an entrance directly from the pergola-shaded terrace. All four bedrooms have sea views and private access to a small veranda. The guest house has a separate entrance and communicates with the main house via a patio. It comprises three levels: the ground floor has an open-plan kitchen and a large living room with a spacious veranda. The first and second floors have two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with a gorgeous bamboo-shaded veranda overlooking Delos Island. Villa Gracias a la Vida can accommodate 8-12 people and has a minimum stay of 2 week during high season and 1 week during any other time.
