Livanios

Livanios is a small, lovely, very well looked after property a short walk from the center of the capital, Adamas. There are 8 units in total, ranging from 25 to 45 sq. meters in size, and with very good amenities. It's a family operated complex with genuine Greek hospitality and care for its guests.

The smallest accommodation is the traditional guest room of 25 sq. meters, with a double bed on the main level, a loft single, and a built-in sofa bed in the main area. Mini fridge and small cooking ring are available for lights meals. The Superior Studios of 27 sq. meters have double bed and kitchenette corner with mini fridge.

The larger Superior Apartments measure 45 sq. meters and have a separate bedroom with double bed, an open plan kitchen and living room that can sleep two. The kitchen is a real chef's kitchen, not a kitchenette.

All of the accommodation have excellent amenities including orthopedic mattresses, satellite TV (with access to Nova for card holders), free access to high speed ADSL Internet connection, radio/CD/mp3 player, digital safe, and large bathroom with shower cabin, hairdryer, and electric shaver outlet, 230 & 120 Volts. All have balcony or veranda with table and chairs.
