Efterpi Villas

Efterpi Villas offers lovely views of the Caldera, together with only 12 self-catering studios and apartments, all with private terrace or veranda and fantastic sea view. It's location at the cliff's edge provides for the dramatic views, yet its proximity to Fira Town makes it easy to walk to shopping and entertainment venues.

A total renovation in 2009 completely revamped the living areas of the 12 studios and apartments, while still retaining the traditional atmosphere of the complex. Studios accommodate from one to three persons, and the larger apartments are suitable for four to six persons.

All accommodation have very good amenities, including a kitchennette with mini fridge, air conditioning, satellite television, direct-dial telephone, private bath with shower, and private veranda or balcony. The Superior studio has a sofabed for a third person, and the apartments have a separate living room and some with two baths.

Furnishings are all in the traditional Santorini style and are comfortable and tasteful.

There's a small swimming pool with sea view. Maid service is daily, and small pets are allowed.
