The villa has three levels and is built in a modern architectural style, in shades of white and peach, with curved balconies and ceramic roofing. This very attractive villa is surrounded by a stone-brick wall, a stone-tiled veranda area and a lovely garden. From the villa, guests have a spectacular view of the mountainous countryside, the olive tree fields and the endless blue sea.
The villa features four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 persons. From the ground level rooms, the outdoor areas are accessed by stairs and ramps, especially installed for persons with kinetic disabilities. Guests have a spectacular view from every vantage point.
The master bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub is on the upper level, as is a second master bedroom, also en suite. Both bedrooms lead to a shared veranda with panoramic view.
The ground floor has the living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, and a bedroom with bath and shower. On the lower ground level is another bathroom and bath with shower and washing machine.
Villa amenities include color satellite television, DVD player and Hi-Fi stereo system, Internet connection, and fully-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a dishwasher.
Outdoors is the large sun terrace and swimming pool in an idyllic setting.
