A large complex of guest rooms, suites, studios and apartments, this four-star resort is situated on the beach at the Bay of Ialyssos. A variety of type of accommodation and excellent facilities makes this a very desirable choice, and there are plenty of leisure facilities to satisfy just about everyone.
The resort is actually divided into two sections, with two separate swimming pool areas, and the two sections are divided by a small road and landscaped gardens. They are generally referred to as Sun Beach 1 and 2. Just a few of the facilities offered include two floodlit tennis courts, a fitness club, and a windsurfing center.
In total, there are 305 accommodation units available in the two buildings. All of the accommodation offered includes private balconies or terraces, and the views are beautiful from every angle, whether garden or sea view. The rooms are divided into guest rooms and suites and self-catering studios and apartments.
Amenities for the 87 Guest Rooms and 18 Family Suites include centrally-controlled air conditioning and heating (24 hour operation centrally controlled from June to September), color satellite television with music channels, direct-dial telephones in bedroom & bathroom, access to the Internet, desk corner, mini fridge, hairdryer, safe box, smoke detector and sound-proof windows.
There are 88 studios and 112 apartments in both sections, and they have all of the standard amenities above, plus add a kitchenette with cooking rings, microwave, filter coffee machine, blender, toaster and a kettle.
The resort features two large freshwater outdoor pools, plus two separate children’s pools, sun terraces, lounges and umbrellas, plus pool bar for each pool area. Kids can enjoy a wonderful playground, mini club, animation, and there are even specialized self-catering accommodation units with safety amenities and features especially for children.
There is the main dining hall for buffet breakfast and dinner, with show cooking, plus the a la carte restaurant in the main pool area, also for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool bar and snack bar at the main building serves a light lunch, and there's a beachside snack bar as well.
The organized beach includes beach volley and a windsurfing center. Other activities include two floodlit tennis courts, two mini golf courses, billiards and table tennis, and a Fitness Center with sauna, Jacuzzi and massage.
Hotel facilities include a shopping arcade and supermarket, a hair salon, and an Internet Corner.
