Welcome to Kolimpari!

This is a small residential village, about 22 kilometers (13.6 miles) west of Chania, that combines a good sand and pebble beach with a small fishing port. Lovely views, safe swimming, and a good taverna can be found at the beach, and the village has a few shops and eateries, with a lovely laidback atmosphere. Take time to visit the Monastery of Eso Gonias, dating to 1662.
